The largest industrial wood production plant in Ha Tinh is exporting orders in the early days of the new year

In the early days of the Lunar New Year of 2022 (Year of the Tiger), many shipments of MDF and HDF wood products from Thanh Thanh Dat Wood Production Plant (Vu Quang - Ha Tinh) have been exported. This is a positive signal for the enterprise to aim at producing and supplying about 150,000m3 of wood to the market this year.

In 2022, Thanh Thanh Dat Wood Production Plant aims to produce and supply about 150,000m3 of wood to the market (an increase of nearly 30,000 m3 compared to 2021). To achieve this target, nearly 200 workers have started working enthusiastically since the second day of the Lunar New Year.

Mr. Nguyen The Bay - Production Deputy Director of the Plant said: "We were delighted from the early days of the Lunar New Year when our domestic partners placed orders until the end of March with a volume of more than 20,000 m3 of wood. Currently, the unit is operating at 100% capacity, with a production of about 420 - 450 m3 of wood per day."

To create excitement for workers, the plant has organized activities to take care of workers' lives during the Lunar New Year working days. Especially, early orders with large volumes have created a competitive atmosphere for production from the early days of the new year.

According to Mr. Bay, the early orders and enthusiastic labor spirit are positive signals, expecting a successful new year. This is a favorable condition for workers to start the production process enthusiastically from the first days of spring.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - a worker in the packaging department shared: "The fact that the plant has secured many early orders has helped us have additional sources of income. I hope that in 2022, the work will always be evenly distributed, the plant will be stable in production and achieve the set targets and plans."

Mr. Tuan shared that to help workers feel at ease working during the Tet holiday, the leaders of Thanh Thanh Dat MDF, HDF Wood Production Plant have regularly visited the workshops to share and encourage each worker to strive to overcome difficulties and achieve production targets, so that every year, production goals are exceeded compared to the previous year.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hong Nam, an employee in the warehouse department, "Although I have to work from the second day of the Lunar New Year, I do not feel like I am missing out on the Tet holiday atmosphere. On the contrary, working from the beginning of the year has given me more motivation and determination to complete every task assigned by the factory's leaders."

Also, according to Mr. Nam, despite the complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic, with proactive measures and strict compliance with prevention and control regulations, all workers are confident in operating machinery and focusing on work to produce products that ensure quality from the first days of the Lunar New Year.

Mr. Nguyen The Bay said that in addition to flexible market connections and accelerating production progress to complete first-year orders for partners, the factory also strengthens its COVID-19 prevention and control efforts at the workplace.

"Along with the strong production momentum from the beginning of the new year, we have been and are ensuring the requirements for COVID-19 prevention and safety in the production lines and workshops. The unit always implements production along with maintaining disease prevention and control measures according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health. We expect a favorable new year, where the pandemic is soon pushed back to promote production development, increase revenue, ensure employment, income for workers, and contribute to the economic development of our province," Mr. Nguyen The Bay emphasized.
