The People's Committee of Bình Định province has recently approved the Detailed Planning Task at a 1/500 scale for the Cát Tiến Coastal Tourism Urban Area within the Nhơn Hội Economic Zone.
The planned area covers approximately 30.8 hectares, situated in the town of Cát Tiến, Phù Cát district, Nhơn Hội Economic Zone.
The specific boundaries are as follows: to the North, it borders transportation land and urban greenery as per the plan; to the South, it abuts a planned road to the sea (40m); to the East, it adjoins the beach; and to the West, it borders the existing residential area.
The planning objectives aim to concretize the Adjusted General Planning of the Nhơn Hội Economic Zone, which has been approved by the Prime Minister, as well as adjust the overall urban planning for Cát Tiến until 2035, which has been approved by the provincial People's Committee.
Simultaneously, the goal is to create a new model urban area with a modern technical infrastructure and comprehensive social infrastructure, meeting the standards of a Type V urban area. This includes the integration of a beach park, commercial establishments, services, and coastal tourism facilities.
The planning objectives also serve as a basis for investor selection, deployment, and construction management in accordance with regulations.
The Bình Định People's Committee requires the completion of the project within a maximum period of 6 months from the date the planning task is approved (excluding waiting time for reporting, community feedback, appraisal, approval, etc.).
