In recent years, many modern office buildings, hotels, and urban areas have been newly constructed in Hanoi, contributing to the development of the capital's infrastructure.

With the increasing population and vibrant real estate market, more and more office buildings, high-rises, and modern urban areas have been built in Hanoi in recent years, changing the city's appearance. In Cau Giay district, the headquarters of the Military Telecom Group - Viettel was recently inaugurated. In front of the project is a 32-hectare land planned to be a park with a water surface area of 19 hectares. According to the design, the roof of Viettel's headquarters is creatively designed with gardens and skylights to welcome natural light and avoid heat.

Doji Tower is a Grade A office building located at the intersection of Le Duan and Nguyen Thai Hoc. The project has a scale of 16 above-ground floors and 3 basement floors, with each floor covering about 600 square meters. The special feature of the building is the use of reflective glass panels, reducing the heat of the office area while creating a sparkling light effect like a giant diamond. At night, the LED lighting system operates continuously, leaving an impressive impression on passersby.

VP Bank Building at the intersection of Thai Ha - Lang Ha - Huynh Thuc Khang (Dong Da district) is located in one of the most developed and bustling areas of the capital. The project consists of 29 above-ground floors (including 1 technical floor and 1 rooftop floor) and 3 basement floors, with a total construction area of 26,000 square meters. There is a large parking space in the 3 basement floors with an area of 1,264 square meters for cars and 2,580 square meters for motorcycles.

Among the outstanding skyscrapers in the capital, Keangnam Landmark Tower cannot be overlooked. Built on a total area of over 40,000 square meters, Keangnam has 72 floors and is the largest complex of shopping centers, office spaces for rent, and luxury apartments, designed with elegance. It is the second tallest building in Vietnam, following Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City.
