Safe household appliances - the new consumer trend of Vietnamese families

In every home, the kitchen is the heart, where the wife and mother keep the flame of love for the whole family. Therefore, the criteria for choosing household appliances of modern housewives are becoming increasingly strict. European kitchen appliances are highly favored by Vietnamese housewives for their safety, which is guaranteed by strict standards. Not only beautiful and functional, these items must also meet safety criteria for the entire family.

Health-oriented household appliance trend on the rise

This trend stems from the fact that information about serious illnesses such as cancer, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases is increasing. According to some experts, part of the reason for these diseases is unsafe household appliances. If household appliances are made from cheap, unlabelled, and untraceable materials, these products will quickly peel off after a short period of use, releasing metal into the food and slowly poisoning the body.

According to a survey by Elmich (Czech Republic) on the level of consumer concern about health in recent years, up to 100% of people in big cities believe that health is the most important factor and needs the most attention at present. This is evident in the growing trend of clean eating, from choosing clean food sources, hygienic processing, and selecting safe consumer products for health.

Top criteria for safe household appliances for modern women

In addition to the origin, consumers when choosing household appliances need to pay attention to the material that makes up the product, especially the part in direct contact with food. For stainless steel products, it is recommended to choose products made from 304 stainless steel material. This is a safe material, free of impurities, difficult to oxidize, does not react with food, and is commonly used to manufacture medical equipment. A pot or pan made of stainless steel must have a thick bottom (3-5 layers) to ensure safety.

Other details such as handles, lids, and the shape of the pot are designed not only for convenient cooking but also to ensure safety for modern housewives. Firmly fixed nails help to hold and move kitchen utensils safely. The best handle should be insulated to protect the user from burns and heat.
