Revealing the Identity of the Investor for the 2 Trillion VND Urban Area Project in Ha Giang
In an announcement from the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Giang province, the Construction and Urban Development Investment Corporation is the sole entity that registered to implement the New Urban Area Project Phu Hung with a total investment of up to 2.032 trillion VND.
The Planning and Investment Department of Ha Giang province has just disclosed the results of the application submission for the implementation of the Phu Hung New Urban Area Project (Minh Khai Ward, Ha Giang City, Ha Giang province). According to the announcement, the Construction and Urban Development Investment Corporation is the only investor that has registered to carry out the project.
The Phu Hung New Urban Area Project is located in Minh Khai Ward, Ha Giang City, Ha Giang province, covering an area of 46.48 hectares, with an expected population scale of 4,630 people. The total investment of the project is over 2.032 trillion VND, of which compensation and resettlement support costs are over 49 billion VND. The project's operational duration is not more than 50 years, starting from the time the investor is decided to be allocated land, decides to lease land, or decides to change the land use purpose.
According to the plan, the project will construct adjacent houses, social housing, commercial and service facilities, schools, and technical infrastructure to create a modern, safe, and convenient living space for residents.
The only business registering to implement this project is the Construction and Urban Development Investment Corporation, established in 2010, headquartered in Nguyen Trai Ward, Ha Giang City, Ha Giang province. This company primarily operates in the real estate business. The CEO and legal representative of the company is Mr. Chu Anh Tuan (born in 1975).
Additionally, Mr. Tuan is also the legal representative of the Investment and Development Corporation Hung Thinh HD, another company engaged in the construction of other civil engineering works, with headquarters in Hai Duong City, Hai Duong province. As of April 14, 2023, the charter capital of the Construction and Urban Development Investment Corporation is 500 billion VND.
