Job Description

• Represent the company in working and reporting directly to the project management team of the investor at the construction site;
• Manage the supervision consultancy team at the site, responsible to the investor and the company's board of directors for the quality of the construction project;
• Review construction methods and drawings submitted by contractors;
• Lead regular meetings with contractors at the site;
• Regularly inspect construction progress and quality, provide reminders, expedite work, issue site instructions, and organize meetings with contractors as necessary if progress is delayed or quality standards are not met;
• Organize supervision, provide evaluations and recommendations for contractors’ performance to meet project goals, ensuring quality requirements, timely progress, sufficient quantity, and compliance with occupational safety and environmental hygiene standards;
• Verify and confirm completed work volumes, additional work for payment, and acceptance and handover documentation from contractors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction or Architecture;
• Class I professional certificates in Project Management and Supervision;
• Experience in Project Management Consultancy in a similar position at construction consultancy companies;
• Ability to plan and coordinate personnel;
• Proficient in office computer applications;
• Ability to work under high pressure and intensity;
• Dynamic, quick-thinking, and proactive;
• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics;
• Continuously learning, technically savvy, and knowledgeable about construction;
• Time management skills;
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
