Job description

• Plan and execute the work under your responsibility.
• Commitment to confidentiality estimates and quotes for each project in charge or in charge of the group.
• Coordinate with BIM design department to make the estimate according to the plan.
• Make estimates according to each form of State, private, and international form (APS will provide additional training).
• Regularly explore and understand the material market, thereby building a common supplier price data source for the estimation team.
• Build supplier data for the best estimate.
• Report weekly work status to Director.
• Perform other tasks as required by the estimating team leader or the Director.
• Perform other jobs (more training will be provided).
• Participate in cash flow planning.
• Participating in/supporting departments to prepare bidding documents/evaluate bid selection.
• Participate in the preparation of construction contract documents.
• Participating in construction contract management such as checking payment and settlement.

Job requirements

• Graduated in construction economics, architecture, ....
• Ability to calculate, deploy technical documents and plan.
• At least 2 years of estimating experience.
• Experience in estimating high-rise buildings, industrial buildings and technical infrastructure.
• Experience in estimating – bidding at construction companies is an advantage.
• Proficient in using office informatics, revit, CAD (required), and estimating software...
• Good drawing reading ability, quick calculation.
• Ability to organize work, work independently and work well in a team.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and process information, report and manage work well.
• Ability to plan and execute according to plan.
• It's possible to store good data.
• Experience: 3 years
• Requesting a degree: university.
