Job Description

Concept Development and Architectural Design Planning:

• Research customer requirements, analyze the site, and assess relevant factors to propose appropriate architectural concepts.
• Sketch preliminary architectural design options, present and persuade clients to choose the optimal solution.

Architectural Design Development:

• Finalize architectural planning documents at a 1/500 scale, basic design, technical design, and construction drawings.
• Ensure aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility of architectural designs.
• Coordinate with other technical disciplines (structure, MEP, etc.) to ensure the consistency of design documents.

Client Consultation:

• Address customer inquiries regarding architectural design and planning.
• Propose optimal design solutions that meet customer needs and budget.

Author Supervision:

• Resolve arising issues during construction.
• Collaborate with relevant parties.
• Attend meetings to address any emerging issues.

Architectural Design Project Management:

• Receive project information from the company/client, analyze the details, and convey them to the design team. Assign tasks to lead designers for execution.
• Develop project design plans and schedules.
• Define design phases, execution timelines, and required resources.
• Monitor and control the design progress, ensuring timely completion.

Design Team and Collaboration Management:

• Manage work quality and progress of collaboration teams.
• Assign tasks to team members.
• Guide, train, and support team members.
• Ensure the overall quality of the team's work.

Quality Control of Architectural Design Documents:

• Review and check architectural design documents before submission to clients.

• Ensure design documents comply with current standards and regulations.

• Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience in architectural design, especially for industrial and high-rise buildings with complex architectural solutions.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and technical regulations.
• Proficient in English for work and meetings.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in a construction or architectural company.
• Excellent blueprint reading and quick calculation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and process information, as well as manage reporting and work processes effectively.
• Capable of working under high pressure and handling heavy workloads.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Proficient in data management.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Must hold a Class I Architectural Design Practice Certificate.
