 Job Description

• Supervise and manage contractors in the installation of MEPF systems, including Electrical, HVAC & Ventilation, Fire Protection, and Plumbing;
• Review MEP design drawings and approve drawings and documents;
• Organize and manage the supervision and coordination of MEP construction to ensure quality, progress, cost-efficiency, and environmental safety;
• Propose implementation solutions on-site;
• Coordinate and resolve construction issues;
• Monitor changes and discrepancies from the design, report, and provide recommendations to the Investor;
• Verify actual work volumes completed by contractors monthly or at specific milestones and perform acceptance testing;
• Report directly to the Chief Supervisor or Project Manager;
• Perform other tasks related to the field as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection, Electrical Engineering, or Thermal Engineering. Preference for candidates with experience in solar power systems;
• Certificate of supervision for the installation of construction equipment (Level 3 or higher);
• Strong understanding and application of standards and regulations;
• Ability to work independently, proactive, and adaptable under pressure;
• Flexible working hours;
• More than 4 years of relevant experience required for this position;
• Work visa required for this position;
• Start Date: February 1, 2025;
• Expected salary: 16,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND.
