Job Description

• Develop concepts, sketches, and architectural designs based on client requirements, under the direction of the Lead Architect, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Prepare architectural drawings from concept to detailed technical design, including floor plans, sections, and 3D renderings.
• Create project videos using software such as Lumion, Enscape, and SketchUp.

Job Requirements

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experienced in architectural design, especially in industrial projects.
• Proficient in construction standards and technical regulations.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Skilled in using architectural design software (Revit, 3DMax, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a construction or architectural company.
• Strong ability to read drawings and quick analytical thinking.
• Good organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong skills in analysis, synthesis, information processing, reporting, and project management.
• Ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of planning and executing tasks efficiently.
• Good data management skills.
• Possessing a professional practice certificate is an advantage.
