Job Description
- Develop structural design solutions that comply with design regulations and optimize engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the Design Team Leader, Architects, Engineers from the Architecture Department, other departments, and external partners during the technical documentation process to ensure technical consistency across disciplines and compliance with current standards.
- Attend technical meetings and present design solutions to clients.
- Work with the design team to draft design reports, technical guidelines, and maintenance procedures.
Design Quality Control:

Review and verify design drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Identify and resolve errors or conflicts in the design.

Ensure the quality of design documents meets investor requirements and regulatory standards.

Participate in the verification of structural design documents upon request from the Board of Directors.

Develop calculation databases to support project work efficiently.

Supervise, adjust, and resolve structural issues arising during the construction phase of the project.
Team and Collaboration Management:

Manage the work quality and progress of external collaboration teams.

Assign tasks, provide guidance, and train design engineers.

Evaluate the performance of team members.

Establish and maintain a professional and efficient working environment.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Design Team Leader or the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in structural design, especially for industrial and high-rise buildings with complex structural solutions.
- Strong skills in calculations, technical documentation, and project planning.
- Thorough understanding of construction technical standards and regulations.
- Proficient in English for work-related tasks and meetings.
- Highly proficient in specialized structural design software (SAP, ETABS, SAFE).
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in a construction or architectural company.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings and perform quick, accurate calculations.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills in handling information, reporting, and work management.
- Ability to work under high pressure and in a demanding work environment.
- Capable of planning and executing tasks effectively.
- Strong data storage and management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Required Certificate: Class I Professional Certificate in Structural Design.
