Job Description

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the implementation of company processes and regulations;
  • Plan company-wide recruitment, screen resumes, and coordinate with relevant departments to schedule interviews;
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees;
  • Adjust, consolidate, close, and return Social Insurance Books (SI) to employees;
  • Resolve benefits such as sick leave and maternity leave, and monitor and report monthly labor changes (increase or decrease);
  • Monitor and draft labor contracts: probation, renewal, termination. Complete exit procedures for employees;
  • Update personnel changes and manage and store company-wide employee records;
  • Draft documents, announcements, and decisions, such as appointments, transfers, and contract terminations;
  • Manage the purchase of equipment and machinery, and handle the issuance of uniforms and office supplies to employees;
  • Supervise and inspect security, environmental hygiene, and order within the company;
  • Track attendance, manage annual leave, and oversee overtime hours for employees;
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries about company policies and benefits;

 

Job Requirements

  • College or university degree in a related field;
  • Proficiency in conversational English is preferred;
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, particularly in matters related to Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax (PIT);
  • Proficient in office software: Word, Excel.
