Cost Planning Management

Based on the Project Implementation Schedule and Project Size/Scope, we will carry out Cost Management for your Project step by step as follows:

1. Cost Model: Estimating the overall cost of the Project based on preliminary project information, conceptual design, and similar past projects. This is the first step in determining the Project’s initial budget and assists the Investor in making strategic decisions early on, such as funding sources, investment scale, business plans, etc.

2. Cost Plan: Conducted based on the Schematic Design, Basic Design, and design plans for architecture, structure, MEP, and technical infrastructure. The purpose of this step is to help the Investor clarify the Project costs and prepare for the following steps.

3. Detail Cost Plan: Based on precise detailed design drawings. The purpose of this step is to help the Investor clearly identify the Project costs, ensuring the Project is completed within the approved budget scope.

4. Value Engineering: Assists the Investor in evaluating whether the Project's design is optimized for quality assurance and cost savings. Based on this assessment, we propose alternative design solutions to minimize investment costs while maintaining the quality of the building's design.

5. Cash Flow: Leveraging our experience as a Project Manager, we will help the Investor establish an optimal Project implementation schedule. APS will then develop both theoretical and actual cash flow plans, allowing the Investor to maximize investment efficiency.

6. Cost Risk Management: This is a critical component of planning and managing costs. We identify risk factors that may affect Project costs, such as material price fluctuations, design changes, and legal risks. Once risks are identified, we propose mitigation measures to safeguard the budget and minimize unforeseen expenses.
