Occupational safety policy

People are the heart of the Enterprise, APS always adheres to occupational health and safety standards to protect its employees, contractors, investors and customers. Supervisors, staff working at the construction site and visitors must all comply with construction attire and wear helmets to minimize unwanted accidents. The Board of Directors of the Company sets a policy for all activities at APS to set HSE standards. APS development is not only about people but also responsible for the working environment

Occupational safety training

APS always creates conditions for Human Resources to be trained and developed continuously, because good training will bring the highest achievements and results in each service that APS brings to the Investor. In addition, the goal of APS is that each individual must receive intensive training in occupational safety regulations, not only achieve high efficiency in work but also avoid the risk of unwanted accidents for each of its employees.

- Organize the assessment of the risk of COVID-19 infection on the construction site before construction

- Organize full vaccination for Company employees

- Report health status information of employees and assess the risk of infection for each Project area

- Timely update information about locations and areas with COVID-19 epidemic or being isolated so that the Board of Directors can provide appropriate solutions and subsidies.

- Ensure safety, health and minimum living conditions for employees in case of an Isolated Area when a COVID-19 case is detected
