Expert Accommodation and Canteen Gain Lucky

The "Gain Lucky Expert Housing and Canteen" project spans a land area of 5 hectares, located in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province. APS was responsible for the architectural, structural, and MEP design services for the project, which aims to create a comfortable housing complex for the company’s experts residing and working in the industrial park. The project provides not only modern and well-equipped living spaces but also meets the quality and efficiency requirements for the company's experts. Additionally, a canteen was built to cater to the daily needs and meals of the staff and experts. With a smart and efficient design, the project was completed on time and optimized costs for the client.
