Logos Logistics HCM (Green Projects)

Logistics management is an extremely important factor for global supply chains and e-commerce. At APS, we actively collaborate with partners to develop an intelligent and environmentally-friendly logistics corridor through a road transport system to enhance inter-regional connectivity, maximize infrastructure capacity, improve efficiency, and reduce logistics costs for businesses including the Logos Logistics HCM project. In particular, Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces currently have high industrial real estate prices, which creates a new direction for the development of high-rise warehouses with international standard elevators and ramps. In Japan and Korea, 7-8 story high warehouses are very common, but in Vietnam, there are currently only 2-3 story high warehouses. As a general trend, high-rise industrial facilities and logistics are seen as solutions for the current land scarcity situation."
